Integration
All new employees at Faurecia follow an integration programme, which provides a clearer insight into the group's organisation, business processes and core values. The programme includes an integration day, a session focusing on the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and a one-week placement at one of our production sites.
Annual performance and development review
Twice a year, you and your operations manager take part in an interview to review the year's objectives. Your functional manager takes part in the second review, which examines your performance in relation to defined objectives, your professional expertise and your assimilation of the group's values. You can then map out a personal development plan.
Staffing review
The annual Staffing Review process allows all managerial staff to contribute to the succession planning process and is an opportunity to identify high-potential employees. The Staffing Review process also serves as a basis for building action plans geared towards each function, enabling Faurecia to develop its people and anticipate business needs.
Career interview
This formal interview with your career manager is aimed at assessing your professional experience and determining your medium and long-term aspirations, including your job opportunities.

The Career Path application is available on the intranet and shows how you can move from one job to another, with the associated specifications and prerequisites for each option.

Our internal university designs and implements initiatives to shape the development of the group's current and future managers.
Salary review
The annual salary review takes account of individual performance, weighted by market conditions and internal equity. Faurecia's variable remuneration plan allows eligible employees to share in the profits.
