Faurecia's Code of Ethics sets out the principles of conduct and behaviour for Faurecia's daily relations with both internal and external customers.

The code includes a whistle-blowing system, where employees can report any breach of the group's ethical rules to an external organisation, in addition to internal management. The external organisation is authorised to refer the matter directly to the CEO.

Faurecia's Code of Ethics, translated into 14 languages, was written in close liaison with personnel representatives from the different countries in which the group operates.
