Are you looking for work experience in an international and dynamic environment, where you’ll have the chance to take on challenging responsibilities from the start?

Our STARS program offers all that and more. We help you reach your full potential, while teaching you all it takes to assume a leading role at Faurecia.
You will get to know our business inside and out, while working in a position that plays to your strengths.


To make sure you get the most out of the 15- to 18-month program, we tailor its content to your individual needs, capabilities and objectives. The program consists of three phases. You start in the core area you applied for (Core Area 1). The second and the third project assignments pertain to related areas (Core Area 2 and Core Area 3).  Astay abroad is an integral part of the program. Upon successful completion of the program you will take on a demanding challenge in the core area you initially selected 

Based on your course of study and previous internships, as well as your career objectives and professional
interests, you will select one of the following core areas. 

Core Areas:

•  Research and Development
•  Quality
•  Sales
•  Controlling
•  Production Technology and Organization
•  Project Management
•  Purchasing
•  Human Resources

Start date: 

In autumn, preferably on October 1

You can expect to: 

• Systematically develop your leadership and decision-making skills through a multitude of project assignments and daily tasks
• Gain international experience
• Obtain an open-ended work contract
• Receive guidance from an experienced mentor  
• Build an extensive corporate network from which you will benefit in the long term
• Actively shape your future by selecting individual courses within the program
• Attend professional seminars, training sessions and workshops

We are looking for:

• Engineering or business graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s) who have already gained first-hand experience and have spent at least four to six months abroad
• Enterprising spirit and leadership potential
• Innovation and creativity
• Responsibility and autonomy
• Willingness to be proactive and venturous on a high level
• Team spirit and solid communication abilities
• Fluent in both German and English
