Talking about trendy, neo-retro really seems to be what's hot at the moment. This concept car put together by the automotive equipment supplier Faurecia is built around a classic Czech car from the seventies called the Tatra. The designers wanted to give us an insight into the future of high-end interior vehicle design. It's called Premium Attitude.
Overall, it's about creating space, creating an atmosphere using lighting effects, and using materials intelligently. This means using traditional materials like wood and leather in new ways as well as introducing new materials such as porcelain to the vehicle environment.
The result is very original with this lounge-lighting effect in the interior, cleverly-designed electric adjustments, an integrated multimedia console and this glove compartment designed like a jewelry box. But, best of all, there's a built-in system that adapts the information displays according to the drive mode. This concept car was visited by many of the main automakers' design chiefs.
