When you’re hired by Faurecia, the very first thing you’ll do is take part in a personalized induction program defined by the line manager in conjunction with HR. Through this program, you’ll meet with relevant contacts and take part in presentations and training sessions.
You’ll attend a one-day integration seminar in your region, which is an excellent opportunity to meet new colleagues and learn about the company and its activities. Additionally, you’ll take part in a week-long placement course in a production site, giving you an up-close look at how things operate on the ground.

In 2014, we provided 1.7 million training hours, and, on average, each employee completed 22 hours. Faurecia University offers more than 20 training programs and conducts over 100 sessions per year, in a variety of areas. Additionally, some of our business groups offer job-specific courses through specialized technical academies.
