- Earlier in December, Faurecia strenghtened its presence in China through a new joint venture to partner the rebirth of German automobile brand Borgward.
- India, China and France have taken on the 2016 FUELS solidarity campaign, organyzing Food drives, sponsored runs, distribution of toys, clothing or school supplies on Faurecia sites.
- Faurecia launched OTTO, a car-sharing platform that enables employees to car-share for home-to-work commutes or business trips.
- Finally, jointly with SAP, Faurecia is sponsoring the "Plant of the Future" award, as part of the City of Paris Innovation Challenge. The goal: to invent new ways of producing, especially, to better meet customer expectations. The finalists were revealed in October on the Faurecia stand at the Paris Motor Show and the winners will be announced mid-December.
