Seat
As on the 308 sedan, Faurecia was asked to provide complete slimline seating systems. Using a simple yet effective locking mechanism, the seats provide outstanding modularity. The backrest on the passenger side folds down freeing space for long objects. Faurecia also worked on the slides to ensure accurate, even, easy movement, perfect for finding the right position and enjoying the ride. These slender seats use a new compact frame—to maximize space—that is rigid enough to resist even the toughest of collisions and ensure maximum protection for those in the car. The outstanding spaciousness provided by the styling in the rear ensures even greater comfort for passengers, further enhanced by the meticulous design of the front seats. To offer even greater modularity, the rear seats in the 308 SW are broken into three separate seats.
