Faurecia's components and modules account for 15% to 20% of the vehicle's total weight. Reducing the weight can enhance the vehicle's environmental performance, hence the launch of the "Light Attitude" program. This series of concepts can reduce the weight of a Faurecia-produced module by 15% to 30%. From the raw materials to the architecture and structures, no stone is left unturned when looking to streamline and reduce a vehicle's overall weight. Faurecia has made weight reduction one of its strategic priorities, but without compromising quality, comfort, safety or competitive advantage.
