Mission statement and Code of Ethics
Faurecia formally defined its values and distributed its Mission Statement to all employees. Adopting these values will bring Faurecia’s people together by creating a common culture and instilling a deeper sense of belonging to the Group. The ultimate aim is for them to contribute to the emergence of a strong, specific identity that sets Faurecia apart from the rest of the market.
Faurecia’s Code of Ethics, in accordance with the Mission Statement, defines the basic rules of conduct governing our daily relations both internally and with outside parties at all Faurecia sites around the world.
