| Faurecia’s Code of
Ethics, in accordance with Faurecia’s
Mission Statement and its adherence to the Global
Compact, defines the rules of business conduct that must be applied
to our day-to-day relations both internally and with outside parties.
It should also be used as a guide to help build Group employee responsibility
and empowerment.
The rules set out in this Code of Ethics are not exhaustive,
they establish the fundamental rules of business conduct and ethical
guidelines applicable to all Faurecia employees and partners.
