114 key procedures used by all Faurecia employees, whatever their geographic location, detail the essential steps and main tasks for any given project, from acquisition through to production, and they ensure the excellence of the Group’s expertise.
This involves the systematic rollout and deployment of the Faurecia Excellence System, an improvement approach based on the best market practices that enables the Group to report, year after year, significant progress in reliability.
Its application at all sites has led to the construction of a more efficient production organization, with a limited number of hierarchical levels, the development of local supervisory staff, and the introduction of autonomous teams comprised of an average of five people. These teams are responsible for their own performance in terms of quality, cost and delivery.
