Given Faurecia’s areas of business, engineering schools and technical degrees are among the Group’s priority targets for the recruitment of recent graduates. Target schools have been selected by country and partnerships have been established with each. The Group’s mediumterm aim is to make sure that 40% of its recruits are recent graduates, in order to create a bank of talent from which the Group’s future managers and experts can be identified. For those recruits with more experience, Faurecia focuses on the candidate’s ability to progress within the company at home and abroad.
