Based upon information declared to Faurecia at the end of February 2007,
Richelieu Finance holds 8.55% of Faurecia's capital and no other shareholder
other than Peugeot SA holds more than 5% of the capital or voting rights.
Members of the board hold roughly 0.003% of Faurecia's capital and voting
rights. A shareholders' identification analysis was conducted in November
2005 that encompassed 94% of the shares outstanding, revealing roughly
28,100 shareholders. No alliance of shareholders has been declared to
Faurecia.
