Our Recruitment Process

Once an application is received, it is reviewed by the proper recruiter. Interesting candidates may be contacted for an interview, or may be invited to apply for other roles positions.

 
 

The interview process usually consists of three steps: an interview with the recruiter, then with the Hiring Manager and depending of the position, with other decision makers. Each interview offers Faurecia and the candidate an opportunity to check the adequacy with Faurecia culture and values.
