today, the following decisions have been taken.
As a consequence of the current judicial inquiry in Germany and in the best
interests of the Group, Pierre Lévi has decided to resign as Chairman and

Motors as a 2005 Supplier of the Year
Faurecia has been named a General Motors Supplier
of the Year for seats for its overall business performance in providing
GM with world-class parts and services. This marks the second consecutive
year in which Faurecia has received the prestigious honor. The award was
given during ceremonies held Saturday, April 29, at the General Motors Vehicle
Engineering Center in Warren, Mich.

19, 2006] Faurecia contributes
to the performance of the Citroën C6 in terms of pedestrian safety
Faurecia has demonstrated its expertise in safety
by developing, together with Citroën, the front and rear bumpers of the
Citroën C6. This new vehicle is the first to be awarded the top rating (four
stars) for pedestrian safety in the Euro NCAP crash tests.

in the 1st quarter 2006 and continues to grow outside of Europe
In the first quarter of 2006, Faurecia's total
sales increased by 3.4% to €2,908.2 million, excluding monoliths and at
constant exchange rates, on a slight downturn in European automotive production.
The Group continues to expand outside Europe, with an increase in sales
of 31% in North America and 37% in Asia.
The increase of 3.4% in the first quarter does
not indicate accurately the full first half sales; the number of working
days in the second quarter 2006 will be less than that of the previous year.

13, 2006] Slight increase in sales
in the 4th quarter and for the full year
Faurecia sales increased 5.0% to €2,869.5 million
in the fourth quarter of 2005. Excluding monoliths, sales were up 2.7%,
representing growth of 0.8% at constant exchange rates and on a comparable
basis (like-for-like). Exchange rate fluctuations had a positive impact
of 2.2%, while changes to the consolidation scope had a negative impact
of 0.3%.

11, 2006] Faurecia’s Growth in
North America Spurs Plans for six New Plants in 2006
TROY, Michigan (USA) – Faurecia today announced
plans to open six new facilities throughout the United States. Headquartered
in Troy, Michigan, Faurecia North America is scheduled to open additional
plants in Michigan, Ohio and South Carolina. This expansion of the North
American footprint will support production for new programs with several
OEMs.
