The wood fiber door panels have been designed
to increase user comfort while optimizing cost and weight. Faurecia uses
a combination of injection molding and wood fiber-based materials (notably
for the insert), which reduces the weight while allowing certain functions
to be integrated into the door panel. This keeps production costs to a
minimum.
