Our Supplier policy is based on a split-level
organisation, organised into purchasing family and by regions of product
lines.
The
nine purchasing portfolios and their suppliers are managed by its
team of buyers specialised by family.
The relationship between Faurecia and its suppliers concerned with programs
and factories is managed by regional teams of buyers who are under the
responsibility of the product lines.
This organisation structured around a small hierarchical framework ensures
that suppliers don’t have to deal with too many contacts and simplifies
their working relations with Faurecia. It also means that suppliers have
a global and consolidated vision of their activity with the Group and
direct contacts in touch with operational problems within programs or
at the factories.
