In series phase, you will be asked to set up a long term action plan to continuously improve Quality, Productivity and Delivery.
Your performance will be continuously monitored by dedicated plant buyers. Any deviation will be treated by Action Plans. To maintain a sustainable partnership with Faurecia, measured success of the continuous improvement plan is required.
