Faurecia signed a €315 million 7-year loan with the European Investment Bank

Faurecia (Euronext: EO - FR0000121147) announces that it has signed a €315 million loan with the European Investment Bank (EIB).
This transaction is part of the programme to partially finance our Hydrogen activity investments and to diversify our investor base.
The €315 million transaction is a bullet loan with a maturity of seven years. This loan allows Faurecia to enhance its liquidity profile by extending its debt maturity at an attractive financing cost.
We would like to thank the European Investment Bank for their long-term commitment to the financing our hydrogen mobility activity.
