Our first priority is the health and safety of all our employees and our communities and we are strictly respecting all national and local authority decisions as they are put in place. As individuals, it is an absolute necessity to contribute with discipline to the fight against the virus. I urge everybody to do the maximum to protect themselves, their families and their teams during this very difficult period.

Following the shutdown of our customers' plants, a large majority of our sites, in all countries impacted by the virus, have now temporarily stopped production. We have quickly put in place a crisis management process and we are monitoring very closely the situation, site by site, in constant discussion with our customers and our suppliers.

We are already preparing for a safe production restart when this becomes possible. We will learn invaluable experience from China, where we have now restarted all of our plants and put in place strong measures to protect our employees, which will be applied in all of our sites worldwide.

I believe that the current situation will permanently change how we work, consume and communicate within our companies and our communities. We will learn many lessons and find new opportunities. I am sure we will overcome this situation as we have fantastic teams, strong experience and demonstrated resilience.
