The General Meeting is an important moment of information and exchange with our shareholders on the Group’s results, outlook, strategy, and governance.
In the context of the sanitary crisis related to the Covid-19 pandemic and due to the administrative measures in force limiting or prohibiting travels or collective meetings for sanitary reasons, the Company’s General Meeting of May 31, 2021 will be held at the Company’s registered office in Nanterre, behind closed doors, i.e. without any shareholders being physically present or any other persons entitled to attend in order to protect their health and safety.
The modalities for participating in and voting at the General Meeting are set out in the meeting notice available on this page. Remote voting will be eased by the faculty to use electronic voting, which is easy, fast and safe, in addition to vote by postal services. In order to promote shareholder dialogue, a solution giving shareholders the possibility to ask questions in addition to the legal provisions framing written questions will be soon put in place and detailed in this section.
The General Meeting will be streamed, live and deferred broadcast.
