Faurecia receives Ford Europe Supplier Diversity Award

Faurecia was awarded with one of the two prestigious Ford of Europe Supplier Diversity and Inclusion Awards for 2017. According to the jury, Faurecia has incorporated an advanced diversity policy, and its commitment to it is demonstrated through a range of activities and training, which foster an inclusive and diverse environment within the organisation.

The official award ceremony took place within the annual Ford Top Supplier Meetings in Cologne. Matt Kato, Vice President Ford Global Account, and Thorsten Muschal, Faurecia Executive Vice President Sales & Program Management, accepted the award. The awards by Ford are considered for suppliers engaging for diversity who achieve a high score or have shown significant recent improvement. “We are very happy and proud”, said Thorsten Muschal. “Special thanks go to our employees all over the world striking for a diverse environment and making these achievements possible. The award shows our strong relationship with Ford as well as our joint values and commitment regarding diversity.”
