Modules within a modular seat

For the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2023 in Las Vegas, the automotive supplier Faurecia, a FORVIA group company, is unveiling a new approach to the design and manufacture of automotive seats. Faurecia is presenting a modular and sustainable seat, composed of a limited number of modules instead of a large number of components, designed using sustainable materials, as a value-added alternative to today’s regular seat. The modules can be easily assembled and disassembled, allowing the parts of the seat to be replaced and new functions to be added throughout its lifetime, providing greater longevity and facilitating the recycling of its constituent parts.

- Auraloop is a brand-new range of cushioning solutions made from an innovative structure of Polyester-based fibers, 100% recyclable, aimed at the mobility markets

Faurecia, as part of the FORVIA Group, is on the path to carbon neutrality by 2045* - the first French and the first worldwide automotive company to be certified with the new SBTi Net Zero standard. Getting there means increasing our use of renewable and bio-sourced materials. Non-animal leather is a great example of how we are translating our sustainability ambition into innovative materials with a significantly reduced carbon footprint.

Open to recent graduates interested in a career in finance, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a range of assignments across the company, from corporate finance to controlling, including overseas, before finding their permanent role.
