Marc Maillet appointed Vice President Investor Relations

Faurecia, one of the world’s largest automotive equipment suppliers, today announces the appointment of Marc Maillet to the position of Vice President Investor Relations, effective July 3, 2017. He will succeed Eric-Alain Michelis, whose commitment and professionalism have been instrumental in the growth of Faurecia’s Financial Communications department.

Marc Maillet will be responsible for implementing Faurecia’s financial communications policy and strengthening the Group’s relationships with investors, shareholders and analysts.

Marc Maillet, 53, joined Beghin-Say in 1993 as Corporate Accounting Manager before becoming the Financial Communications Manager for Eridania Béghin-Say in 1996. In 2000 he was appointed Director of Financial Communications for the Casino Group, and in 2006 he was named Finance Director of Asinco, the holding company controlling the Franprix and Leader Price retail chains. Since 2009, Marc Maillet has been Director of Investor Relations for the Rexel Group.

Mr. Maillet holds a DESCAF degree in business administration from the KEDGE Business School at ESCMarseille and a specialized DESC accounting degree from the Institut Supérieur d'Etudes Comptables in Aix-en-Provence, France. His career also includes special professional training at France’s INSEAD business school in 1999 and the IMD business school in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 2011-2012.
