Faurecia to offer new euro senior notes due 2026 in a benchmark size (the "2026 Notes")
Faurecia announces that it has mandated Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, (Billing & Delivery), Citigroup Global Markets Limited and HSBC Bank plc as Joint Global Coordinators, and Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and MUFG Securities EMEA plc as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a fixed income investor call on March 12, 2019 at 11:30 AM UK/12:30 PM CET. Faurecia expects to issue 2026 Notes in a benchmark size, subject to market conditions.
The issuance of the 2026 Notes is intended to refinance the bridge loan of €500 million which was used to finance our acquisition of Clarion Co, Ltd, and to pay related expenses and transaction costs of that acquisition.
